Down East Offroad Return Policy:

Returns will only be given by reference numbers and within 30days of purchase. If you decide to return a product you purchased from us you need to email us at karen@downeastoffroad.com for a reference number to put on the boxes you are returning.

You will recieve a refund for the amount of the product minus the amount of the shipping. There will also be a restocking fee which is 10% on most items. Please be aware of this when you return something. Once we have recieved the products back in our warehouse and have looked them over for scratches, missing parts, etc.. we will refund your money. **Mounted Tires and Wheels are non-refundable**Once you have recieved your reference number please place it on all boxes you are returning and send to the address below:Down East Offroad
